RETURN POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within seven (7) days from the date on which you received them from smallgarden.hu. Return items must be shipped back to:

within seven (7) days from the date the package was delivered to you. If the items are returned within this timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. The products may be returned by any  shipping agent. The only costs at your own expense are those for return shipping. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the products during transit.
To return products we invite you to contact us before shipping your return package to us.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
a.) Please contact us within seven (7) days from the date of your receipt there of in order to initiate a return process and get a „Return authorization number”.
b.) the products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
c.) the identification tag is still attached to the;
d.) the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging (if you want to return a kit, it must include all of its components);
e.) return items must be shipped back to smallgarden.hu  within seven (7) days from the date the package was delivered to you.
If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, smallgarden.hu will exchange or refund the price of the returned purchased products according to the methods and times of our standard refund procedure.

Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded


REFUND TIMES AND PROCEDURES
The refund procedure will begin after checking to ensure that the customer's return is in accordance with the Return Policy. If the return meet all requirements, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted.
The time period for refunding depends on the form of payment used.
